Lying in bed this morning, planning the weekend, I got Brian to watch a couple of videos about installing nucs into hives. His eyes bugged out, but he was fascinated. When I started working on my computer, he continued to watch another handful of videos and then got reading to cover any gaps in his understanding. Although he didn't volunteer to help shake out the bees, watching these videos has clearly piqued his interest! And it looks like he'll come to the cottage with me this weekend... so I'm convinced I can convert him!!
